The wedding ceremony and reception are being held at CharBar (Simmons Building, 618 Confluence Way SE, Calgary, AB T2G 0G1). The venue is located in East Village, Calgary, Alberta (close to downtown). This venue is in a building that shares space with multiple establishments, such as a coffee shop, pizza joint and of course the restaurant. The ceremony and reception will be held upstairs from the main dining room. Follow the signs and feel free to ask the staff for directions. We recommend an Uber/Taxi for easiest arrival and departure, as there is limited parking around the location. The building is wheelchair accessible and there is also an elevator available.

The wedding ceremony, cocktail hour and reception are all indoors. We ask that you dress Semi-Formal; this means no jeans, no white dresses, and no shorts. For any further inquires please ask a member of the bridal party.

Fall in Calgary is entirely dependent on what the sun is doing. We recommend bringing some extra layers for the evenings when the sun disapears and it begins to cool off.

This event is 18+ only. We love you and we love your children but everyone deserves a night to let loose. Think of this as your "Let Your Hair Down Date Night" on us! As for plus-ones, we want this to be an intimate event, so when RSVP'ing type your plus-ones name in the box, and it will guide you from there. If nothing appears, sorry but your plus one will not be able to join us on our big day.

When you have RSVP'd you will have picked your dinner option, as well as letting us know any concerns regarding your dietary restrictions. Can't remember what you picked? Here's a refresher on our menu: summer corn soup with tortilla strips & lime oil, long leaf romaine salad with herb roasted bread crumbs, parmesan cheese and creamy Caesar dressing, whole roast ultra-aged Alberta strip loin, hops & barley demi glace with sweet potatoes, bacon hash and roasted root vegetables, thyme & lemon brined chicken breast with summer succotash and rich pan jus, and charred cauliflower with braised lentils, greens and carrots.

Your attendance is more than gift enough. But if you wish to contribute to our future life together, please feel free to check the Registry tab. At the venue there will be a marked table next to the Guest Book where you can leave your gift with the attendant.

We love that you want to capture the moment, so do we, that's why we hired the professionals. So you don't have to worry about capturing the moment during the ceremony. Just sit back with your phone off and away and spend this special day with us. However during the reception please feel free to take your own pictures!
